Donald Weber, a distinguished photographer originally from Toronto, delved into the legacy of Stalin&#8217;s forced labor camps in his recently published White Nights: Russia After the Gulag. Weber&#8217;s images come from one of the larger camps, located in along the Artcic Cirlce and the results are haunting and beautiful.
