A NYT blog posted on a new, unauthorized book about Keith Richards, “What Would Keith Richards Do?: Daily Affirmations from a Rock and Roll Survivor“
It turns out that Keith Richards, in addition to being perhaps the most durable and enduring person on the planet ( indeed I have long though he may be the only thing other than cockroaches and diet coke that would survive a nuclear holocaust) he is also one of the funniest.

Keith the historian: “That Adolf. What a piece of work.”
Keith the nutritionist: “Cheese is very wrong.”
Keith the fantasist: “I’ve never turned blue in someone else’s bathroom. I consider that the height of bad manners.”
